We think our project went pretty well. The detailed planning helped us to achieve my goals and we learned a lot from the project. We had the opportunity to cooperate with India and our communication was excellent. Once our collaboration was established, we opened a group chat on WhatsApp. We exchanged ideas, shared our progress and sent each other pictures. Video chats were also a very helpful option. We made good progress and all members tried to complete the tasks in time. Of course, there is a noticeable time difference between Switzerland and India, which made it a little difficult to set a date and time for zoom meetings. But all in all, it was a very positive experience.
Difference between Vision & Imagination and Reflexion
Vision and Imagination" outlines the broader goals and aspirations of local wind power, while "Reflection" reflects on personal experiences and lessons learned from the project, focusing on individual actions and behaviors that can contribute to wind power.
Hey Guys,
We asked our interview and collaboration partners if we could use a photo of them for our project, and they all said no.
We as a team have also decided not to publish a photo of ourselves in order to protect our privacy.
We hope you understand that!
Greetings
Belinda and Luisa

[Short Intro: Research question] (short audio) - How we found our topic and about what we want to do our research.
[Relation to the Project - what did you know before and what new treasure of experience did you gain?] We already knew, that is a good renewable resource. Now we learned a lot more about wind power.
[Main body]
[Methodology] We researched on the topic and we had an interview with a scientific assistant from an institute for energy power and a local person.
[Media Creation] We have a short audio and we produced an explanotory video.
[Experience, Reflection] We are surprised what an impact wind power has in Switzerland.

Today we had a zoom meeting with Sivani from Kerala to discuss the information we have gathered so far. We had a great conversation and we were able to really colaborate! We discussed the option of doing a survey and decided that we are going to conduct a survey. Sivani will send the link to her colleagues in India and we will send it to our classmates here in Switzerland. The questions in the survey will be the same.
We told her that we are going to have an online-interview with a person who is specialized in wind power and she really liked our plan.
We also discussed how we want to do the organization of the survey. We agreed that the survey has to be conducted until 9th of May. On this date we will also have our next zoom meeting at 14:00 o' clock and evaluate the survey together.
Our next step is to conduct the intwerviews, finish our explanatory video and prepare a cover picture that we can later use for our article on dontwastemyenergy.

Media outlets are powerful tools that can be used to promote projects and ideas. Our wind power project is a perfect example of a project that can benefit from the use of various media outlets.
Social media is a powerful tool that can reach a large number of people in a short amount of time. By using social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, we can create posts, share images, and videos about our wind power project. We can also use hashtags.
Newspapers are a great way to reach people locally who may not be active on social media. By writing an article about our wind power project and submitting it to local newspapers, we can get our message out to a wider (maybe even elderly) audience.
We will also write an article about our wind power project and post it on dontwastemyenergy.
We will conduct an interview with different people, record it and write an article about it.
We’re also going to produce a video which explains how a wind turbine works.

Feedback for Belinda and Luisa from Nina, Inês and Alisha
Today we had a look at the project "Wind power" by Belinda and Luisa.
Are all steps clearly communicated?
All the posts have a nice structure and give a clear overview of the project and the timeline. We especially like how they listed their goals for each week in a timetable. More...
We made a groupchat with the student Sivani from Kerala and wrote her a message with the informations about our project and suggestions on how we could collaborate. She immediately answered us and now we all can begin with our research!

Did you ever wonder how wind turbines work and if Switzerland would profit from using more wind power?
This might be something for you! In this project, we will tell you what goes on behind the scenes of a working wind turbine. You will also find out all about the swiss wind power and if it even can be extended.
Stay tuned for updates on our project!
