Last week we were able to arrange an interview with a professional skier. He is a good friend of Tom and so they were able to do this verbally.

Today we had a meeting with Advaith and Abhinav from India.
Next steps:
They will interview some professional/amateur cricket and soccer player about their nutrition. And as soon as they finished we will start to compare and find a summary.
They were very committed to working with us and we had very interesting discussions with them. We have a very good feeling that our project will work out.

Our next steps are:
- Meeting with Advaith and Abhinav, hopefully they can have some interviews for a comparisation.
- Meeting with two skier and ask them about their nutrition.
- Hopefully they can send us pictures of their food. (What they eat in one day)
From the very beginning, you showed great effort for your project and in the horse we have a well organised overview. The development of an eco-friendly and cruelty-free leather alternative using apple waste was a stroke of genius, and your commitment to ensuring that every aspect of the production process was inspiring.
We overall think it's a very interesting topic, because we never heard about leather from apples.

We're now in contact with 3 students from India. Looking forward to next week as we are trying to have a meeting in order to reach a goal which everbody is interested in.
Another part of our project is to ask professional sportsmen and women, how their nutrition is different from nonprofessionals.
The collaboration with India is a possibility to compare the diffrences beetween the nutrition from India and Switzerland.

We (Pascal, Amil, Tom) are going to have a Project about food nutrition. We'll interview some professional sportsman and ask them about their nutrition and how important it is to them. We're already in contact with India and looking forward to a great collaboration.
We also contaced Gilles roulin and two other skier and hopefully they'll answer our e-mails.
