As a collabartion partner I could win my former primary school teacher. He lived in Thailand for several years and still has contacts from there. I would like to ask him what the sewage situation is like there. I wrote down some questions that I could ask him:
1. Can you describe the process of wastewater treatment in Thailand?
--> I want to ask this question, to see a difference between the process in Switzerland and Thailand. (Not too specific in detail)
2. What kind of wastewater treatment systems are used in Thailand?
--> Are they similar to ours or maybe the same? I think, it is a quite interesting question.
3. How is the treated wastewater reused or disposed of in Thailand? Is it even reused?
--> It would be quite nice to know, if the even reuse the water, respectively if they even have a reuse-process.
4. Are there any innovative projects or initiatives in Thailand aimed at improving wastewater treatment?
--> Maybe here the person does not know a answer, because he is not a specialist. Let's see if he has an answer.
5. How does public awareness and education play a role in wastewater treatment in Thailand?
--> Only when the public knows the importance of wastewater treatment can it be actively used.
6. Are there any social or cultural factors that impact wastewater treatment practices in Thailand?
--> I don't know yet if this is a wise question. Maybe I will delete it later.
7. How has wastewater treatment in Thailand changed over the years?
--> Are they any improvements? Or is everything the same as 20 years ago?
8. How do you see the future of wastewater treatment in Thailand evolving in the next 5-10 years?
--> Personal question for the collaboration partner.
The meeting will take place on 31 March. —> Unfortunately, he cancelled the meeting. I have to find another collaboration partner.
