It has been about two weeks since I last had contact with Ms Kappeler by e-mail. I am still very happy that she wants to help me with my project. Unfortunately, she is always on the road and it is difficult to get in touch with her. I thought it would be easier if I just gave her a call and we made an appointment. Unfortunately, despite my numerous attempts, she has never picked up the phone. Even leaving a message on the answering machine didn't help. I assume she is abroad on business and has no opportunity to make a phone call. Anyway, I will try again, again by phone. Wish me luck!
